Bryant Lowery | Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board
Mr. Lowery has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of BKL Global Solutions LLC since August 2010. Mr. Lowery brings over 30 years of executive leadership across a broad spectrum of industrial sectors, including aerospace, construction products, machinery, and industrial conglomerates. His extensive expertise also spans automotive, consumer discretionary, information technology, industrial test & measurement, utilities, real estate, and transportation technology industries. Mr. Lowery’s robust operational experience encompasses all aspects of manufacturing, distribution, logistics, transportation, strategic sourcing, quality control, and business services. He has led operations in 100% outsourced, fully internal, and hybrid manufacturing models, consistently building strategic partnerships and optimizing reverse logistics and aftermarket services. Mr. Lowery’s robust operational experience encompasses all aspects of manufacturing, distribution, logistics, transportation, strategic sourcing, quality control, and business services. He has led operations in 100% outsourced, fully internal, and hybrid manufacturing models, consistently building strategic partnerships and optimizing reverse logistics and aftermarket services.
With over 20 years of M&A experience from senior roles at Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI), Whirlpool (NYSE: WHR), Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR), and John Bean Technologies Corporation (NYSE: JBT). Mr. Lowery was one of the post-acquisition commodity synergy capture leads for Whirlpool’s 2006 acquisition of Maytag, a $2.7 billion transaction, and delivered $100 million synergies across his supply chain team. Mr. Lowery has played a pivotal role in due diligence for more than 40 acquisition targets during his career, successfully supporting the execution and integration of 15 acquisitions representing over $6 billion in transactions. His expertise in operational efficiency, integration, margin enhancement, and enterprise value growth has significantly contributed to the success of these organizations. In a previous role, Mr. Lowery served as a strategic advisor and investor for another SPAC, Nubia Brand International Corp. (Nasdaq: NUBI), facilitating its $820 million business combination with Solidion Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: STI). Earlier, as Vice President of Global Operations and Chief Operating Officer at Amazon Private Brands (Nasdaq: AMZN), he led a $10 billion private label business overseeing manufacturing, planning, quality, and distribution strategies across a diverse portfolio of 30,000+ SKUs. His global team fulfilled millions of orders daily, maintaining high standards in customer satisfaction and next-day delivery performance. Prior to Amazon, Mr. Lowery served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations and Procurement Officer at John Bean Technologies Corporation (NYSE: JBT), where he led strategies for manufacturing, strategic sourcing, lean/continuous improvement, and M&A integration between 2018 and 2021. Previously, Mr. Lowery was Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Danaher (NYSE: DHR), overseeing operations for Fluke Corporation and Gilbarco Veeder-Root platforms between 2014 and 2018. Mr. Lowery holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).
Tony Finley | Chief Financial Officer
With over two decades of experience in financial leadership roles, driving financial performance and strategic initiatives, including over 17 years’ experience as a Chief Financial Officer in the real estate and manufacturing spaces, Mr. Finley has extensive experience leading human resources, information technology, and corporate administration. From August 2022, Mr. Finley served as Chief Financial Officer for Apache Nitrogen Products, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of ammonium nitrate products for mining and agricultural industries. Prior to working with Apache Nitrogen, from February 2007 to July 2022, Mr. Finley served as Chief Financial Officer for Long Realty Company, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK), at which time it acquired Briggs Realty, Windermere Realty, Zip Realty and other brokers.
Prior to Long Realty, Mr. Finley served as plant controller for B/E Aerospace Inc. (BEAV), Super First-Class manufacturing division from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Finley previously held financial management roles with Intel Corporation (Nasdaq: INTC) focused on capital budgeting for new chip fabrication plants and manufacturing cost management with Dell Computer Corporation (NYSE: DELL). Mr. Finley has previously held accounting and finance roles at Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE: VZ) where he developed cost models and business plans for the company’s first broadband networks. Mr. Finley served as a director and chairman of the board of the Tucson Airport Authority, the governing body for the Tucson International Airport from January 2009 to January 2019. Mr. Finley served as a member of the Board of Governors and chairman of the audit committee for the State Bar of Arizona from June 2012 to June 2017. Mr. Finley holds an MBA from the University of Texas, a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Roderick Allen Jones | Independent Director
Mr. Jones has more than 25 years of leadership experience managing diversified industrial and technology businesses ranging from automotive, heavy duty truck components, medical devices and industrial test & measurement to enterprise software concerns. He has also founded and managed a private investment fund focused on middle market industrial services. As an experienced, results-oriented and entrepreneurial executive, Mr. Jones has built a network of private equity, intermediary and investment banking relationships that have helped facilitate acquisition sourcing, negotiation and deal execution.
Since September 2021, Mr. Jones has led the Americas and Australia/NZ portfolio of Modaxo, a unit of Constellation Software, Inc. (TSX: CSU), comprised of 20 independent operating companies and 18 brands. Previously, from June 2018 to May 2020, Mr. Jones was President of Luminator Technology Group, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity and global manufacturer of digital display, infotainment, and mobile video surveillance products to the global mass transit marketplace.
Prior to Luminator, he founded Infinitas Ventures, a private investment firm focused on acquiring manufacturing and industrial service businesses. Following the acquisition of Battery Power Systems LLC, a provider of mission-critical services to the wireless telecom and utility industries, Mr. Jones served as principal owner, President & CEO until its sale in 2017.
Previously, Mr. Jones was President at Fluke Corporation, a multi-national unit of Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR). Under his leadership, his medical device business achieved record margin expansion, organic growth and operational improvement through M&A, lean management and new product commercialization including industry recognition with the Best New Product Award from the Medical Design and Manufacturing Association in 2010. During his tenure, Mr. Jones also led the Fluke Automation and Thermography businesses with manufacturing centers and sales offices located across Europe, North America, South America, and Asia.
Prior to Danaher, Mr. Jones was General Manager for the Vehicle Solutions Business Unit at Eaton Corporation (NYSE: ETN), a diversified industrial concern. He also served in engineering management and consulting roles at Ford Motor Company and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Jones has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Magna Cum Laude) from The University of Michigan, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MIT Sloan School of Management.
Tonicia Hampton Riley | Independent Director
Ms. Riley, a financial strategist, has divisional P&L leadership experience in high-growth operational technology businesses and petrochemicals manufacturing. Since November 2023, Ms. Riley has been a Managing Partner at TCH Investments, Inc., a private equity/strategy consulting firm with expertise in real estate development, logistics, tech, petrochemicals, consumer products, healthcare, and manufacturing. Most recently, from February 2022 to October 2023, Ms. Riley was CFO of North America Commercial Sales for Amazon Web Services (AWS), the largest region of its $80 billion portfolio. Prior to AWS, from April 2020 to January 2022, Ms. Riley led Worldwide Operations Finance for Real Estate, Construction, and Procurement to support Amazon’s global supply chain infrastructure. She had financial management oversight of over $50 billion of capital investments supported by over 3,000 global employees. Ms. Riley led Amazon’s capital governance strategy during her tenure. Prior to joining Amazon, she held three positions at Dow Chemical: Director New Ventures/Business Development, CFO of Univation Technologies, LLC (Polyethylene Licensing Subsidiary), and Director Mergers & Acquisitions. Her functional experience includes crisis management, M&A transaction leadership, SAP Implementations, and long-term strategy development addressing innovation, disruptive technologies, and leveraging digitization.
Ms. Riley has over 30 years of business experience with 15 years in petrochemicals (Dow, LyondellBasell (LYB), Mobil) including six years of manufacturing experience and the remainder in oil & gas (BP) and management consulting (Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte). Ms. Riley has both buy side and sell side M&A experience, leading deals ranging from $3 million to $100 million at LYB and Dow Chemical across petrochemicals, agriculture, plastics, water, solar, electronic materials, consumer solutions, and infrastructure solutions. Ms. Riley led the synergy capture team for Dow’s acquisition of Dow Corning. Ms. Riley currently or has served on the Board of Directors for TCH Investments, Inc. (2023 to present; 2001-2017); The Wellness Concierge, Inc. (2024 to present); Univation Technologies Hong Kong LTD Board of Directors (2017-2020); Great Lakes Bay Region YWMA serving on their Finance/Compensation Committees (2015-2020).
Ms. Riley has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a Master of Chemical Engineering from University of Houston, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School. Ms. Riley has published various Harvard Business School cases (investment banking, service management, healthcare, and automotive).
Marvin L. White | Independent Director
Mr. White has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a board member of Aptevo Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: APVO) since August 2016. From 2010 to 2016, Mr. White served as a director of Emergent, and in 2020, he rejoined the Emergent Board of Directors. From 2008 to 2014, Mr. White served as Chief Financial Officer of St. Vincent Health, and was responsible for finance, materials management, accounting, patient financial services and managed care for all 19 hospitals and 36 joint ventures. Prior to St. Vincent Health, Mr. White served as Chief Financial Officer of Lilly USA, a subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company, where he also held leadership positions in treasury and corporate finance and investment banking in the Corporate Strategy Group.
Prior to his career in healthcare, Mr. White held leadership positions at General Motors, Hewlett-Packard, and Motorola, including financial roles within its Japan, South Asia, and Latin America Cellular Group. Mr. White serves on the Board of Directors of OneAmerica Financial Insurance Partners, Inc., a mutual insurance and financial services company, and Delta Dental of Washington, a non-profit company. Mr. White earned his B.S. in Accounting from Wilberforce University, an HBCU, and received an M.B.A. in Finance from Indiana University where he was awarded the Consortium Fellowship.

Marvin L. White | Strategic Advisor
Mr. Adams is a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Pier 70, responsible for investor development and relations and helping lead the Pier 70 strategic deal flow strategy. With more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, Mr. Adams served as VP Global R&D Strategy at Boeing (NYSE: BA) and President of Boeing Phantom Works Investments, Inc., overseeing a broad range of corporate technology venture initiatives. A lawyer by training, Mr. Adams began his career in private law practice, advising early-stage tech companies before joining Boeing as a senior executive in the Information, Space, and Defense Systems group.
During his time at Boeing, Mr. Adams transitioned to lead the Advanced Technology Division’s Technology Planning and Acquisition (TP&A) team, consolidating activities among assets like Hughes, Rockwell, and McDonnell Douglas. Under his leadership, TP&A evolved into an organization responsible for Enterprise Technology Planning, Global R&D Strategy, a $250 million Global Venture Capital portfolio, and the Chairman’s Innovation Initiative (CII), resulting in over 35 successful spin-offs and licensing deals. While at Boeing, Mr. Adams opened the company’s first international R&D facility and implemented strategies to commercialize Boeing technologies.
After his tenure at Boeing, he joined Integral Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISYS) as EVP, General Counsel, and Secretary, overseeing legal and corporate functions and leading the company to a successful acquisition in July 2011. Mr. Adams earned a BA from Seattle University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puget Sound School of Law. Mr. Adams has extensive corporate and nonprofit board experience, including Accenture Federal Services a subsidiary of Accenture LLP (NYSE: ACN), Seattle University, Harvey Mudd College, and the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship.
Jaymes Winters | Strategic Advisor
With over 20 years’ experience as a Chief Executive Officer in the oil and gas, telecommunications, manufacturing and retail spaces with extensive mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experience, Mr. Winters has been Chief Executive Officer at Solidion Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: STI) since its business combination with its predecessor Nubia Brand International Corp. (“Nubia”) in February 2024. Prior to that, he was the CEO and a director of Nubia (June 2021 to February 2024) where he successfully completed a special purpose acquisition company merger between Nubia and Honeycomb Battery Company of Dayton, OH (which was renamed “Solidion Technology, Inc.” upon the closing of the business combination).
Between 2015 and 2021, Mr. Winters was the CEO of Mach FM Corp and oversaw 600 MHz spectrum acquisition via an auction conducted by the Federal Communications Commission, or FCC. He designed a Simultaneous Multiple Round (SMR) analysis using historical data from previous FCC auctions to predict the total amount bid by other participants within 5%. Prior to that, Mr. Winters was founder and Chief Executive Officer of United Energy Inc., which for seven consecutive years was one of the largest African American owned businesses on the West Coast with annual revenues of nearly $100 million and 1,000 employees. Mr. Winters has directed and negotiated four M&A transactions utilizing private equity firms. For over nine years, he was an adjunct professor in the School of Business at Portland State University teaching business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and is the author of a college textbook titled “Chronicles of an Urban CEO” (Kendall Hunt Publishing Company, August 2021). Mr. Winters holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Oregon State University.
